Chemo Fashion - À la mode durant la chimio

Since I work as a marketing coordinator, I have to wear a corporate outfit at work in case we have formal meetings. The challenge with my work attire is to match my scarfs, you know people don't all know about the cancer during my business meetings and therefore I do not want them to be distracted about why I have a scarf on my head. I already knew how to tie turbans, scarfs on my head since I do that sometimes when I'm under the sun to protect my ex long hair, so I had this ability already. For some patients it could be challenging and you would need some practice so I found this incredible site scarves.net and they have great videos and also great scarves. All the scarves I have were bought during my multiple trips around the world but also some at Winners in my province.

Comme mon poste est de coordinatrice marketing, ma tenue vestimentaire au travail est une tenue corporative pour des réunions d'affaires. Le défi dans ma tenue est d'avoir des foulards qui s'assortisent à mes complets et blouses, parce que les gens dans les réunions ne savent pas tous que j'ai un cancer et je ne veux pas les distraire sur la raison que je porte un foulard sur ma tête. Je savais déjà comment attacher des foulards pour ma tête car je le faisais déjà pour protéger mes ex long cheveux du soleil, donc j'ai déjà cette habileté. Pour certaines patientes cela doit être plus demandant et vous allez devoir vous pratiquer, donc j'ai trouvé ce site incroyable scarves.net et ils ont des vidéos formidables et aussi des foulards. Tous les foulards ont été acheté durant mes multiples voyages à travers le monde mais aussi quelqu'uns au Winners dans la province.

Ce foulard BCBG a été acheté à Winners et le style c'est le chignon très grand que j'aime plus faire sur le côté droit de ma tête et non au centre, mais tous les côtés sont faisables. Pour savoir comment le faire voir ce vidéo: oversized chignon.

This scarf is an infinity leopard scarf, looks like this one I found, and never thought I could tie it like this on my head. This video saved my life litterally when I have days I don't have an exact matching scarf, it puts some rawrrrr in my style LOL

Ce foulard est un foulard léopard en boucle comme celui-ci que j'ai trouvé, je n'ai jamais pensé que je pouvais l'attacher sur ma tête. Ce vidéo a sauvé ma vie en quelque sorte, quand je n'ai pas de foulard qui s'assortit exactement et ça met du rawrrr dans mon style LOL

 

Voilà c'était mes trucs pour des foulards trop cute pendant ma chimio. En effet j'étais pas trop sûre si je voulais raser ma tête durant l'hiver et comme le printemps tarde à arriver au Québec bien j'ai échanger mes berret et beanies pour des foulards avec des couleurs in pour le printemps: blush, mint, white, beige, leopard(c'est pas une couleur mais bon), etc.

So those were my tips for my nice scarves  during chemo. Since I didn't want to shave my head during winter, and since spring is not coming as fast as I wanted in Quebec, I decided to change my beanies and hats for scarves with fashion colors for spring: blush, mint, white, beige, leopard (is not a color but still lol), etc.
