So my hair loss continued even if the cooling cap had to be stopped. I was disappointed that it didn't worked but I still have 30% of my hair on my head. What I hate the most in winter its to feel the cold on my head, I never felt that before!!! My colleagues at work are bald but now I understand them and I will be able to choose caps and hats that are made for us lol. NO PAIN NO GAIN ;)
Last week I started loosing my eyelashes, I had a lot so I still have some, but the process its a pain in the bootie. My eyelashes stay inside my eye so it itches, I try not to itch but its nearly impossible. I put eyedrops and stop wearing my contact lenses because it hurts. I'm at the moment when I wished they stopped falling and stop itching, or they all fall and I don't have this problem anymore LOL Its not funny, but being frustrated will not help anyways...
My eyebrows in the other hand, I wish I could keep them. Its what changes the face of someone who had lost hair. For the moment I had a lot, but I notice some loss here and there, and I still have 9 chemos!!! I started to fill them more, like I used to do, it gives a healthy glow and changes the face, but now I want the healthy glow. I put some pictures of me before and after makeup, so you can see the difference when you fill your eyebrows. If you are like me and you don't want to spend much time doing it, take an eyeshadow the same color as your eyebrows and fill them like you would do on your eyelids, its really a must! I tried this product ELF (dark color) and for now I love it, easy to apply even without practice :)
My hair, ooohhhh my long hair ;) no the rest of it!!! I know a lot of you are wondering how they look and wearing beanies during winter, I didn't show them a lot but voilà!!! I have 30% of my hair and I might loose them all until my last chemo, so I decided to keep them until the end of winter because they protect me from the cold. The nurses say that if I shave my whole head I might feel itchiness when it grow back, which I didn't find bearable when I lost them at the beginning. They suggest I keep 1cm so that it can help the regrowth process and have already some when I finish chemo, so I'm hesitant on whether to keep them or shave them. I think the decision will be one on the moment, because I don't think I'll be wearing wigs often, only on big occasions because I have nice scarfs to wear until summer :)
I mess around with my boyfriend and pretend that I brush my hair in the morning like when I had long hair, but the biggest joke is when I saw World War Z and I said:"Hey I look like the zombie!". He laughed but didn't want to because its not funny, but I laughed, so I share this with you guys, the zombie and I have the same hairstyle hahahahaha
